Slowest Trot: Russell Branyan, Seattle Mariners – 27.73 seconds [video]

Branyan’s always been slow, so when he hits a mammoth shot like that you know it’s gonna be a serious trot… Stairs’ trot was a nice 25.22 seconds as well.

Quickest Trot: Randy Winn, St. Louis Cardinals – 17.88 seconds [video]

Did anyone think Randy Winn could even run this fast?

About Larry Granillo

Larry Granillo has been writing Wezen Ball since 2008 and has dealt with such touchy topics as Charlie Brown's baseball stats and Ferris Bueller's day off. In 2010, he got the bright idea to time every home run trot in baseball; he has been missing ever since.
