Home Run of the Day: Marlon Byrd, Pittsburgh Pirates – 24.2 seconds [video]
In his first game as a member of the Pirates, Marlon Byrd crushed this over the center field fence. Pittsburgh fans were more than appreciative, making Byrd come out for a curtain call as the Pirates went on to win their 77th game of the season.

When you're giving up two home runs to Salvador Perez, things aren't going well for you. Perez's first blast at Target Field landed in the upper deck. The catcher then proceeded to walk around the bases.
Quickest Trot: Dustin Ackley, Seattle Mariners – 18.87 seconds [video]
Ackley beats out his teammate Kyle Seager for the quickest trot of the day.
