Tonight’s tater trots should be posted shortly after they occur in the game. Be sure to check back often. And follow me on Twitter for other thoughts about tonight’s game.

Yankees vs. Rangers

Game 1

Josh Hamilton, Texas Rangers – 18.25 seconds (Season average: 19.61 seconds): Huge start to the game for Josh Hamilton and Texas. Gotta love those quick Hamilton trots. Happy to see it happen on the big stage.

Robinson Cano, New York Yankees – 24.34 seconds (Season average: 22.11 seconds): The Yankees finally break through with a seventh-inning shot down the line. It’s 5-1 now. They still have a long way to go.
