For the second day in a row, the White Sox won a game on a walk-off home run. This time, it was a two-run blast off the bat of Alex Rios that put the Sox on top 5-4.

Slowest Trot: Adam Jones, Baltimore Orioles – 24.61 seconds [video]
Not a big day for slow or quick trots, with Adam Jones’ 24.61 second trot taking the cake. I will say this, though: Adam Jones has a pretty swing.

Quickest Trot: Brett Carroll, Florida Marlins – 19.54 seconds [video]
Brett Carroll isn’t exactly the type of guy you expect to win the day with quickest trot, but his third inning blast off Colorado’s Greg Smith brought something out of him. The second slowest trot of the day also belongs to someone you might not expect: Boston’s Jason Varitek, who legged out a 19.87 second trot.
