CarGo is having a great season and yet I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned him up here. On a day where there weren’t any real major home runs, Gonzalez’s 30th home run makes the cut.

Slowest Trot: Adrian Beltre, Boston Red Sox – 26.66 seconds [video]

This was a three-run blast, but the nearly 27-second trot seemed a little slower than it probably should have. It was Beltre’s slowest trot of the year by two seconds…

 

Quickest Trot: Mike Stanton, Florida Marlins – 19.37 seconds [video]

Have we forgotten just how awesome Stanton is? Every time he hits a home run, it’s jaw-dropping. The kid’s going to be good.
